    21 mins power yoga*

    Conditioning

    1.25 mi jog

    *Much better than Saturday's session. I was much more loose and able to hold the poses. The plan is to add a few minutes each session (Wed & Sat), allowing me to learn the poses and not over do it. Hopefully, eventually, I'll be able to do the entire 90 mins. (P90X yoga x)
