    Dinner - Chicken breast, veggies
    PWO - protein shake made with skim milk

    This is something that I struggle with (and have for some time). I make a little stride 4 or 5 lbs down and something in my head goes 'it's o.k to eat like shit because you've done well' so those lbs jump back on.

    I will do better though

    This is something that I struggle with (and have for some time). I make a little stride 4 or 5 lbs down and something in my head goes 'it's o.k to eat like shit because you've done well' so those lbs jump back on.
    I can relate...Am struggling with this right now too! Hang in there

    I struggle getting protein in the morning. I don't have much of an appetite early doors, certainly not enough for turkey sausage or the like. I hate the taste of egg white which is a real shame.

    I sometimes have a protein shake but mostly it's just cereal.

    The English love their tea! My husband's mother was from Swansea and she loved her tea. Husband does too!
