“I’m proud to say that this team is truly the A-Team of practitioners in Little Rock.
I’m so excited to see how they can get you feeling, moving, and looking better!” –
JP Francoeur
Hi! I’m Jean Paul Francoeur, but you can call me JP.
I’ve been a personal trainer, licensed massage therapist (LMT), gym owner, and rehabilitation specialist now for nearly 40 years. My goal as a rehabilitation specialist is to hit home runs for you with every session so we can move into personal training as quickly and safely as possible. I specialize in helping get people out of pain quickly when traditional rehab and recovery methods fall short.
At 21, I’m passionate about functional health and how it shapes overall well-being. I’ve been working for nearly a year as a Neuromuscular Specialist. My goal is to inspire others to redefine fitness and help them achieve their personal health objectives.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, playing musical instruments, and listening to vinyl records. I’m excited to share my passion for health and fitness with you and look forward to helping you reach your full potential.
I’m someone who’s passionate about fitness! With 20 years of experience as a fitness professional, I’m a certified IIN Holistic Health Coach who specializes in developing diets that promote wellness and performance. Additionally, I hold certifications in hormone health and gut health. I’m also a NASM-certified personal trainer with certifications in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and NASM Golf performance.
A native of Little Rock, I bring a decade of experience in health and wellness. I hold a degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science, a minor in Nutrition, Certified Personal Trainer + Exercise Physiologist (ACSM). In addition, I am a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. My expertise lies in balance training, mobility, and functional strength, particularly focusing on injury recovery from sports and trauma. I enjoy working with individuals and groups of all ages and fitness levels. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling with my family, fishing, and contributing to my community through my involvement with Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
