NOT a good idea, in my opinion. Sweating off your junk food (or even too much good food) just doesn't work.
We all know people at our local gym who do this, and aren't they the same today as they were when they started? Overweight and unhealthy.

I'd actually prefer the reverse. Exercise equipment should tell you how little junk it takes to reverse your hard work.
Bad idea. List the ingredients and the nutrition facts, but leave exercise off. It sends the wrong message.
