Anyhoo, my first post, in newbie style, is a question...
I want to know if HGM will still be effective for me as a full-body routine:
As of next week, I'll be fitting workouts into my schedule again. I've started up HGM 3 times in the past, having made it as far as 3 to 5 months into the program.
It's been about 4 months since I've been lifting any type of weight.
Will my "spurt starts" in the past mean that I won't get optimal results by starting over AGAIN from the Iron Manual phase?
If that's the case, any recommendations on a simple, 3-day full body routine? (I do like HGM - really!)
