There is a lower back workout called a Good Morning. I have never heard of this before and am interested on how to do it. Please provide me with a detailed description of how to do this workout.
Welcome to the forum!
Here is a Goodmorning exercise:
Position barbell on back of shoulders and grasp bar to sides. Bend hips to lower torso forward until parallel to the floor. Raise torso until hips are extended. Begin with very light weight and add additional weight gradually to allow adequate adaptation. Throughout lift keep back and knees straight. Do not lower weight beyond a mild stretch. Full range of motion will vary from person to person depending on flexibility.
