I was wondering what other exersizes there are to work the back muscles.
Barbell rows (All different grips)
I've been working out for about 8 years now. I work out at my house, and the equipment I have contains:
Bench (Adjust from 45 degree incline to flat)
EZ Curl Bar
I was just checking to see if you had any ideas on different exersizes I could do with the equipment I have.
