    Tonight's workout--

    Legs = Prowler

    Straight sets--

    1-Leg Box squats @ 4 x 12/e

    Front Squats @25 x 15, @45 x 12, 12, 12, 12

    TRX Reverse Lunge 4 x 10/e

    Prowler @90 15" on / 45" off x 15

    I went light on the front squats because my belly is getting big and my back is getting sore. I assume these are related? Otherwise, this was a punch-the-clock type workout, which I think will likely become more frequent.

    10 x 45" / 15" core.
    I did clamshells and bridge.

    I had such a great workout today!

    Warmed up with lots of hip-opening exercises and prisoner squats.

    Straight sets--
    Front squats @25 x 12, @35 x 10, @45 x 10, @55 x 10, 10, 10

    Alternating sets--

    Hammer Strength Lat Pull @70 x 12, @100 x 10, 10, 10
    Step Ups @ x 12, 12, 12, 12

    Seated Cable Chest Press @40 x 12, @50 x 10, 10, 10
    1-Leg RDL @25 x 10/e, @35 x 10/e, 10/e, 10/e

    Incline DB Piston Press @30/e 12, 10, 10
    Seated Cable Row @90 x 12, 12, 12

    Stairs x 10

    Everything still going well. The RDL's are getting a little harder, so I've limited the ROM.
