    So finished my de-load week, the end of what has been a really crap cycle, anyway it happens.

    Tuesday I went back to the Osteopath and got massaged and pretzeled
    and came out feeling pretty good.
    A combination of the Osteo and a stretch I did on Thursday night that seemed to hit the right spot and I have been feeling awesome.
    As I sit here and type this my ass doesnt hurt and there is no tingling or numbess at all. Im so happy.
    I going to say Im at 96.34%, still a bit of tightness/discomfort when I sleep but not much. Hoo f%#n ray

    I hated when I was having hip/back/neck/shoulder issues a few years ago! Every time I made a little progress, I would re-injure myself. I hope you finally get it fixed for good! 99.24% would be AWESOME!

    So time to start a new cycle.
    I am changing things up a bit, after reading Mr Wendlers post on how he trains at the moment it looked like what i was trying to do, except I was complicating it and trying to fit to much in, as always.

    So the plan as I ease back into it is 2 days lifting, 2 days stretching/mobility, 2 days conditioning
    Mon - Deads/Overheads
    Tues - Stretch/Mobility
    Wed - Squat/Bench
    thurs -Conditioning - sled work, farmers walks etc.
    Fri - nothing
    Sat - Stretch/Mobility
    Sun - Conditioning - Bike riding

    thats the plan

    and Im switching the first and second weeks so it will be 3/5/1

    - I enjoyed this, didnt rush through it, just moved from one to the other.
    still had a good sweat going even though it was only 1 or 2 deg C outside.

    I'm a big fan of not pushing your body past the point it starts "talking to you" - seems like you made the right call.
