Did not get home till almost 12 last night from work and now I am back up (8am) and ready for another day in the office. I have had a cramp in the left side of my neck for the last 3-4 days. It would be nice if it would just go away. I have had rub downs, used a heating pad, and did some stretching, but still nothing. I hope I have the energy to workout tonight. If not I am off later in the week I will do something then. I know that is not the way to start something by putting it off, but right now work is first. Its not always fun being the boss.
