    The Princess Diaries.....

    Half mile walk this morning took about 15 minutes

    Push-ups on Knees
    3 sets of 4
    2 sets of 6
    Rest time 60 sec between sets

    Vertical Pulls
    1 set of 10
    1 set of 60
    10-30 sec between sets
    working on being able to do chin-ups

    Short Bridges
    2 sets of 10
    30 sec rest between sets

    Sit-ups
    4 sets of 6
    1 set set of 9
    60 sec rest between sets

    10lb Resistance Band Complex
    1 set of 11

    The complex is the same as Fatmans a curl, a squat & a press

    Workout notes my lower back hurt doing the vertical pulls and at the end of the walk. My hip flexors hurt when doing short bridges, but all in all a good workout. I feel great and I am ready for another night at work.

    Did not get home till almost 12 last night from work and now I am back up (8am) and ready for another day in the office. I have had a cramp in the left side of my neck for the last 3-4 days. It would be nice if it would just go away. I have had rub downs, used a heating pad, and did some stretching, but still nothing. I hope I have the energy to workout tonight. If not I am off later in the week I will do something then. I know that is not the way to start something by putting it off, but right now work is first. Its not always fun being the boss.

    Jogged a half mile was not worried about the time just as long as it was done.

    Jumping Jacks
    3 sets of 20

    Seated Knee Tucks
    3 sets of 20

    Counter Top Push-ups
    3 sets of 20

    Also Oct. 11 is suppose to be Oct.14th

    I do have one but I don't use it very often.

    Workout

    Stretch for 5 min

    15 min walk (no worried about distance yet, just getting in the time)

    2 sets of 10
    short bridges (no pain this time)
    knee tucks
    knee push ups

    My goal is to try and do some form of exercise everyday. I plan to loose 15 pounds and eat healthier. No junk food or sodas and as little sugary products as possible. Overall a good start for the day.

    20 minutes of stretching

    I have to work the 3rd shift tonight, so I took it easy and worked on flexibility.

    Wow,its been almost a month and I have had very little time to do anything I enjoy. The only thing I get to do is read, rest and spend time with family. We maybe moving out of Tx because of work. I am getting a bigger office to run which means more people under me and more things I need to get in order, so the business will run right in this new area. Fatman has made sure I stretching and he also making sure I have my me time and that I am eating a very clean diet. I hope this new office is in some what good order, so I can spend more time with family and more time on my goals.

    Hello everyone. Well, I have moved to a new town and have a new job! Now to return to my throne and find that body that is hiding! Current weight 145! Yuck

    I have started the 5-3-1 program and body weight exercises. I plan to start a walk to run program this week also.

    Today's workout:
    Knee pushups 15
    Situps 25
    Squats 20

    Bench press:
    5X30 (2-15lb dumb bells)
    5x40 (2-20lb dumb bells)
    5x45
    5x50
    5x55
    6x65

    Great workout! I'm weaker than I thought!

    I'll be back on my throne tomorrow!

    Instead of doing pushups from the knees you might want to try them at a higher incline. If you're working out in a gym a Smith machine is excellent for this purpose. Welcome back.

    Walked .8 miles then walked and jogged .8.

    Pushups 12
    Sit ups 18
    Squats 23

    Felt good to get out and enjoy the fresh air. I need to find a new place to walk though, there is a trailer park near by and the sewer smells really bad!

    33 situps
    50 squats


    Great workout! Ready for a walk/jog later.

    2 mile walk/jog. 30 minutes

    Its been 2 weeks and I haven't lost anything. Time to up the workouts and watch what I eat!

    20 min walk.
    30 wall push ups
    10 knee push ups
    30 short bridges
    10 sit ups
    30 squats.

    Another round tonite

    I'm not very motivated at night, so morning workout it is.

    Today: Weight 143! 2 pounds down. It's a start.
    3/4 an apple with peanut butter for breakfast

    30 wall pushups (1 set)
    30 squats (1set)
    30 short bridges (2 sets of 15)
    30 sit ups (2 sets of 15)
    30 knee push ups (2 sets of 15)
