    If things are still well around summit time then, there is a possibility she will make an appearance, however it will probably be earlier in the night, before Alan has his only drink of the night

    So life is funny, this week has been a little stressful, the girl chose to bolt, job decisions (saying no to work to take one last shot at getting into PT school). Everything will work out, So I'm keeping my head up and pushing through.

    On a positive note, due to the emotional stress, I am at my target weight which I wanted to be at in time for the summit. Therefore the new goal is 185 and with 1 month to go, I should be in good shape for it.

    So for the first time since I can remember I wore headphones while I lifted, and listened to some angry music. Needless to say it helped get out some frustration. Some of my swimmers were working out at the same time and they said I looked like I wanted to hurt someone. Guess I was in the zone. The workout felt really good.
