    Jack Knifes have been stupidly easy. I've done something similar in Kundalini yoga you are in down dog and have one leg raised and you do push ups for a minute or so and than you switch legs and do it for another minute.

    Was very tired, feeling the gardening.

    Rev. Lunge with SH. Press 2x8 15# DBs
    Supine Hip ext. 2x15
    Jackknife pushup 2x15
    Split squat 2x15 15# DBs
    Kneeling lat pulldown 2x15 4 bands
    Mountain climbers 1min. 2x 2 minute rest

    1 percent BW
    40 minutes yoga

    Done with Basic Training 1.

    Thinking I am going to the upcoming basic trainings 4 to 6 times. If I feel like I have gone as far as I can go I'll finish the week and move on to the next level.

    DB Jump squat 1x8 5#, 1x8 8#
    Offset step up 2x10 1 3# weight
    Jackknife pushup feet el. 2x10 4 inches el.
    DB Rack Position Squat 2x10 20#
    1/2 kneeling cable row 2x10 4 bands
    Jumping Jacks 3x30 secs 1 minute rest.

    I really like how this flowed. Using barbie weights on the step ups so I don't push off with back leg.

    I decided to say screw dieting right now, its been messing with my head. Not that means a license to wild and eat everything in sight all the time. Just focusing on real food and aiming for 80 percent real food and 20 percent fun food. It seems to be working not so obsessive about wanting more food at night when I am not even hungry.

    I've also been blogging mostly healthy living stuff.

    realized I was starbing and stopped.
