Jordan has a 380 lb deadlift according to his trainer and has his diet modified based on bloodwork. His trainer made him swap cashews for walnuts and raisins for dried blueberries because of bloodwork.
I love walnuts and blueberries and I guess dried blueberries as a great sugary snack as snacks go... but what in bloodwork would cause such a recommendation? (or is this another blood type diet thing?)
