I posted this in my thread in the training forum, but this forum has not gotten used much yet so I thought I would post it again down here to get things rolling.
Okay guys... Here's a couple of pics I took this morning at 6AM.
Sorry the legs are left out. I will take some more formal progress pics later with legs included. Suffice it to say that my legs are in the best shape ever right now! It's good to be back! By the time I hit 40 in a few months I plan to look better than I did at my best in my 30's.
Have to throw more props out to Adam for his excellent diet. If you have any doubts whatsoever about the "The TNT Diet" put them to rest, go get the book, and get started TODAY! In just one month you will look like a different person.
