Nice progress. Do you take any supplements and if so which ones?

    What's your nutrition like? Training?
Training consisted of row/run/bike for 2hours a day, plus 1 hour of a fairly standard lifting program 5 days a week. I basically alternated through chest-tri/ back-bi/ legs, at least until I was sidelined with injuries.

I basically just ate what I wanted, but added in a bunch of canned chicken throughout the day.
