Timing is everything
Let me start off by saying I've been doing Phase 3 for a couple of weeks and love it in it's ability to kick my ass from a metabolic standpoint. Curious for other folks who have done Phase 3, did you do 6 or 8 sessions of A and B?
Also Phase 3 is talking me a long time to complete, close to 90 minutes (including RAMP), I'm wondering if others noticed this and did anything to cut this time down? I was thinking of dropping the Power section as I feel it's the least beneficial in relation to my goal of fat loss. Although I love doing the Power section as these exercises are lots of fun to do.
Part of the time increase is due to the increasing number of reps in doing the ladders in the metabolic portion.
