In between exercises....
I"m sorry if this has already been posted and answered. I tried to search through, but there were just so many posts and I couldn't find exactly what I'm looking for.
I'm on my second week of the Phase One, beginner sample plan, but I"m unsure if I'm doing it right. Specifically the core section.
For the core category, I've been doing the stability exercise, then going straight into the dynamic exercise, then back to stability for set 2, then dynamic for set 2.
Am I supposed to do set 1 of the stability, rest for a certain amount of time, then do set 2 of the stability?
For the power section, I typically just do it, rest for a few seconds (probably ends up being about 20 seconds, but I don't time it), then do the second set.
Lastly, for the strength section, I'm pretty clear on it since the book describes the whole 1a 1b thing pretty clearly.

Carole, it's an interesting question. I had always thought it should be done as straight sets -- 2 sets of stability, followed by 2 sets of d-stab. But now that you mention it, there's no reason not to do it the way you described. If it works for you, why not?
