What should I do on off days?

I worked out (weightlifting after a 12 minute jog) on Friday Sunday and Tuesday. Saturday I walked around quite a bit, and Monday I rode my bike to work (45 minutes there and 35 minutes home). What would I do on a day like today (Wednesday)? I hate to break the streak/habit of going to the gym because it's easy for me to get off track. I could do more cardio, stretching, abs or ????

Walking is fine. Riding a bike is fine. But the point of Alwyn's workout is to get full recovery from one workout to the next. There's no benefit to accumulating fatigue outside the gym. A little activity helps with recovery, but over time a lot of non-lifting activity can set you back.

It sounds like you've just started, so there's probably not much risk of that right now. It's just something to keep in mind. Alwyn has said he thinks everyone should take a full day of rest, doing nothing more strenuous than walking the dog, and that's only if a) you have a dog, and b) the dog really has to go.
