    Can you explain what the idea is between the 'paused' rep sets in the 2+2+2 fashion?
    Is it to get stronger w/o being fatigued as quickly?

    I'm remembering an article with a principle called Myo Reps but not so much the exact details of them...

    Yeah, I am liking it....it is fun. It's a nice 12-week break from 5-3-1. But, eventually I will get back to it because squatting and DLing on the same day is tiring!! I'm anxious, though, to see how far I can push my 6RM's during this time. Then, at the end, I'm going to test out my 1RM's again and hope they are also higher.
