Hi Jane. Congratulations on your conviction. I am sure that there is no doubt in anyone's mind that you won't meet your goals. I am not there yet (in that I still need to gain, ummm, a LOT of strength plus I still want to FA ... a little) otherwise I would join you. I am curious though: what does low-cal mean for you, given you still plan to lift hard 4x a week? Also, did you go low-cal when you first did Stage 7 of NROL4W or did you stick with the by-the-book formula?
