Ok, but need to know - are you into creative/unique or traditional? What are some names you like...

    Dont' laugh.

    I love Rhett and Wyatt.
    We like traditional names.

    We are NOT creative spellers

You also seem to like names ending in double T's.

I like both those names - I think Wyatt would go well with your last name...

Fully Recovered and Training for Two

    This morning's workout:

Warm up-- lots of good stuff

    Alternating sets with un-timed rest

    Horizontal Pull Ups @bw(+) x 12, 12, 12
    1-Leg Box Squats @bw (+) x 10, 10, 10/e

    Seated Chest Press Machine @60 x 15, @70 x 12, 12
    Static Lunges @10/e x 10, 10, 10

    1-Arm Kneeling Cable Lat Pull @80 x 12, 12, 12/e
    Pike Press w/1 hand on Ball x 12, 12, 12

    Cable Face Pulls @90 x 12, 12, 12
    1-Leg RDL @25 x 10, 10, 10/e

    IYT @5/e x 7, 7, 7
    Band X-Walks x 10, 10, 10, 10 (each direction)

I seem to have lots of energy on Saturday mornings, although this only took me about an hour. I used to workout twice on Saturdays but I think, moving forward, my afternoon workout will be a nap and I'll just keep doing as much as I can in the mornings.

The bw exercises are getting harder! I've gained about 10 pounds so far. The doctor says this is good, but it still seems like a lot to me (at 19 weeks)

I have decided that I am going to have to stick to the chest pressing machines. I can't get up off the bench very easily anymore, and I'm not confident with the heavy dumbbells anymore. My abs are sore / feeling stretched and it's hard to get flat on the bench with the DB's up.

As long as it isn't Earp or Bernie I think you're OK.

I think skipping the bench press is a VERY wise idea!

When I taught pre/post natal classes, I'd have the women bench their babies (in the postnatal part, obviously!). It was great - a natural progression in weight and some good instability training

    Tonight's workout--
(Theme: trying out new machines. Do NOT like).

    Hammer Strength Chest Press @20 x 10, @40 x 12, 12, 12
    BSS @bw x 12, 12, 12/e

    Hammer Strength Lat Pull @50 x 12, 12, 12
    GHR @bw x 12, 12, 12

    1-Arm Cable Row @70 x 12, 12, 12/e
    Ass't Dips @-58 x 12, 10, 10

    Straight-Arm Pull Downs @35 x 12, 12, 12
    IYT @5/e x 8, 7, 8

    Static Lunge @10/e x 12, 12, 10, 10/e

    Tonight's workout with the ladies:

    5 rounds of:
    Rope Pull
    5 KB C+P /e
    Walking Lunge x 16

    1-10 Ladder:
    Front Squat @35
    Push up
    1-Leg SLDL @18

12 x 45" / 15" core work (for me: planks, side planks, bridge, and band x-walks).

We were a bit limited tonight as we had to workout upstairs in the boathouse (in the party / rental space). It's too damn cold outside, and the boathouse (downstairs) isn't heated!

This is a great idea! The kidlet will be coming to the boathouse with me, so I suppose I could use him just like a bag of sand, right?
