    What Program To Follow?

    Hey guys,

    I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a program that they recommend. A little info about me: I am 19 years old and have been training for about 3 years now. I would consider myself pretty fit and fairly lean. I've worked out in traditionally gyms and crossfit. I am 5'7-5'8 and weigh around 155-160. My goal is to put on more muscle while being cut/lean. I have read NROL and am very interested in it. But I was wondering if there is a better program that might meet my needs better. My major focus will be on building muscle.

    What Program To Follow?

    I did Power Training by Coach Dos' and thought that it was great for athletic abilities and movements. I am now doing Jim Wendler's 531 and have already seen decent improvements in strength and lean mass size in the relatively short time that I've been following it. Google 531 Jim Wendler and you will find a TON of free info. The eBook is great too though.
