    Hello. I have a question. I have read the book but I can't seem to comprehend or just understand it all. I have been doing 2 full body (Total Fitness) workouts for 3 and 1/2 weeks and I reread Chapter 4 re: Training Cycles and if I understand it correctly, am I supposed to go on to Hypertrophy Training for 3 weeks now and then onto Strength Training after 3 weeks of Hypertrophy? Sorry but I am confused and not sure if I am supposed to move on every 3 weeks. Any advice is appreciated.

    No. Each "phase" is 12 weeks. Dos recommends doing Total Fitness first, then moving on to one of the other programs for 12 weeks and then going back to Total Fitness, on to another, etc,etc.

    Thanks Miss Jane. I wasn't sure so this afternoon (before I read your reply) I did a full body hypertrophy "B" because last week I only did an "A" for Total Fitness. I will start back with Total Fitness on my next workout. Thanks for clearing up my confusion.
