Im returning to working out after taking sometime off. I have the original and nrolforabs. Ive comoleted about half of each books programs. I feel like I got better results from thr original. my question is this, should I revisit the original substituting planks for the crunchies or get the new book and try that? The abs was great and I felt stronger, but I feel like I saw results with the original. Im in my early thirties and want to focus on losing fat while keeping/increasing tbe muscle I do have. I still plan on running four times a week with fat loss.being the main goal.
