    WhatÂ's your favorite compound exercise?

From squats, deadlifts, bench-press or any similar.

Mine are squats. Truly the king of exercises. I feel so alive every time I finish a set especially on high intensity low volume reps. The energy surge is immense.

    WhatÂ's your favorite compound exercise?

Hard to pick a favorite, but here are my top picks:

    - Turkish get-ups (great overall core and mobility exercise)
    - Pull-ups (great upper body and core exercise)
    - Overhead squats (mostly for core and thoracic/shoulder mobility)
    - Deadlifts (for pure strength)

    WhatÂ's your favorite compound exercise?

Anything that opens my chest and stretches my shoulders. (Years of doing benches and crunches have left me with a life long challenge to have my shoulders back and chest out.)

Overhead squats for sure. I recently started doing lunges with the rear foot elevated and a 45 pound plate held over my head, those felt great.

For me front squats exercise is the number one. Very nice exercise for full body development.
